1.3 Where are your boots made?

Fenoglio Boots are handcrafted completely in Nocona, TX. We are proud to be American made!

1.4 How do I order?

You may order a stock boot on our website or give our retail store a call at 940-825-3047 Tues-Sat 10-6pm.

If you don't see your size available on the site or want to place a special order, please give us a call at the number listed above.

1.5 Can I design a boot?

Yes! We call this process a special order. A special order is where you can completely design a boot to your liking but it will be made on our standard size last. We prefer to make sure that you have tried on our boots before placing an order to make sure of your correct sizing.

To start this process, either visit us at The Boot Store of Nocona or give us a call at 940-825-3047 Tues-Sat 10-6pm.

1.6 How long does it take to make a pair of boots?

Our current lead time is 10-12 weeks. Please keep in mind that these boots are completely handmade by our incredible craftsmen.

1.7 Are these custom boots?

Yes and no. Custom boots are typically made to your exact foot measurements. We do not do this. Instead our boots are made on our standard size last but you can design every aspect of the boot to your liking, such as the heel, toe shape, leathers, colors, stitching pattern, etc.

1.8 How long does it take to ship a pair of boots?

A pair of stock boots typically take 1-3 business days to ship out. Our shipping cost is $15 due to the weight of the boots.

If you have placed a special order your boots will take 10-12 weeks to complete and then will take 1-3 days to ship to you.
