Once an order is placed online, it will ship in 1-4 Business Days.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer quick and easy exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Initiating a Return or Exchange

Send an email to [email protected] notifying us of your request to return or exchange. Once approved, you may return your purchase to our office address listed below. When your returned item/items are received, we will send confirmation of your refund or tracking information for your new item/items if you chose to exchange, as opposed to refund.

• Once returned items are received, it may take up to 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed.
• Return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer
• No restocking fees are required if items are returned within 30 days of purchase date.
